Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by New Life Drug House – Super Speciality Clinic, Pharmacy & Diagnostics, located at Inda Local Thana More, Kharagpur, West Bengal.

By accessing our services, booking appointments, or using our website/communication channels (including WhatsApp), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  1. ELIGIBILITY
  • You must be 18 years or above, or accessing services under the supervision of a guardian
  • You confirm that all information provided is true and accurate
  • You have the legal authority to consent for yourself or your dependents
  1. RIGHTS OF USE
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use our services
  • You agree not to misuse, copy, or exploit any part of our services
  • Unauthorized use may lead to termination of access
  1. REGISTRATION & APPOINTMENT
  • A ₹100 Registration & Appointment Coordination Fee is applicable
  • Appointment confirmation is subject to payment verification
  • Patients must provide:
    • Name
    • Contact details
    • Relevant medical information
  • You agree that incorrect details may result in service denial
  1. SERVICES

Our services include:

  • Doctor consultations (multi-specialty)
  • Diagnostic services (via Lupin Diagnostics)
  • Pharmacy services (prescription-based medicine dispensing)

Patients must:

  • Carry a valid ID (if required)
  • Follow pre-test instructions (if applicable)
  1. PAYMENT TERMS
  • Payments may be made via UPI, QR, cash, or digital modes
  • Services will be confirmed only after successful payment realization
  • The clinic is not liable for payment gateway failures
  1. APPOINTMENT POLICY
  • Each appointment is valid for one consultation only
  • Consultation timing may vary due to:
    • Patient load
    • Doctor availability
  • Priority may be given to:
    • Elderly patients
    • Critical cases
  1. CANCELLATION & REFUND
  • Cancellation must be done at least 2 hours prior
  • ₹100 registration fee is:
    • Non-refundable in most cases
    • Refundable only under valid circumstances
  • No refund for:
    • Missed appointments
    • Late arrivals
  • Refund processing timeline: reasonable processing period
  1. DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES (LUPIN ASSOCIATION)
  • Diagnostic services are conducted via Lupin Diagnostics
  • Reports may be shared via:
  • The clinic:
    • Does not guarantee error-free reports
    • Recommends a doctor consultation for interpretation
  1. PHARMACY TERMS
  • Medicines are dispensed only against valid prescriptions
  • No cash refund on medicines
  • Exchange allowed only if:
    • Product unused and sealed
    • Valid bill presented
    • Within 30 days

Not eligible:

  • Opened medicines
  • Temperature-sensitive items
  • Special orders
  1. USER RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Misuse of clinic services
  • Provide false medical data
  • Disrupt clinic operations
  • Engage in abusive behaviour

Violation may result in the denial of services

  1. DATA & COMMUNICATION
  • You consent to receive:
    • Calls
    • SMS
    • WhatsApp communication
  • Your data may be used for:
    • Appointment coordination
    • Medical services
    • Internal record keeping

We do not sell personal data.

  1. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and materials are the property of:

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY
  • Patient data is treated as confidential
  • Shared only with:
    • Doctors
    • Diagnostic partners
    • Internal pharmacy
  1. DISCLAIMER
  • Services are provided “as is” without guarantees
  • Medical outcomes may vary
  • The clinic is not liable for:
    • Treatment outcomes
    • Medicine reactions
    • Report interpretation errors
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The clinic’s total liability shall be limited and will not cover:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Patient misuse of treatment or medicines
  1. FORCE MAJEURE

The clinic shall not be liable for delays due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical failures
  • Pandemic or emergencies
  1. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Terminate access

In cases of:

  • Misconduct
  • Policy violation
  1. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
  • These Terms may be updated at any time
  • Continued use means acceptance of updated terms
  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • Disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion
  • If unresolved, subject to legal proceedings
  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in:
